We all can relate to a time when our heart wanted something that logically, our mind was telling us we didn’t need. Maybe in your case it was a new car or computer that had specs that seemed to outshine the perfectly running vehicle or computer that you already had. Could it have been a lifestyle you craved that really wasn’t something you needed but desired, although you should have been content with your current situation? No matter what the case may be, our hearts sometimes don’t listen to our heads.

While some may view this as a bad thing, if it wasn’t for this creative type of thinking and will to make changes, there wouldn’t be so many of the amazing products available that we have today. Our wants and needs are constantly changing and so is everyday life around us. Let’s discuss a few popular products that you may not have known existed, because I sure didn’t until recently! These may just give you some fun gift ideas for that special someone in your life…. Or maybe for yourself!

Reliving Childhood

Life gets pretty hectic once you officially become an adult, but this shouldn’t stop us from enjoying the things we used to love. Do you remember those Where’s Waldo and I Spy books from back in the day? Well, if you miss those days of coloring books and hide and seek then we think you are going to be excited to hear about Johanna Basford’s book entitled Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt and Colouring Book. This young lady has created a coloring book for adults coupled with the hunt. I don’t know about you guys, but I just found out and want to go by it – yesterday (lol).

Geometry You Can Devour?!

I will be the first to admit, math was one of my worst subjects in school. I could write for days and loved Spanish and Psychology but math just never sunk in. Ever heard of the company Nendo? They are known for taking everyday objects and turning them into something brand new. Some examples include their transparent wood, and new and improved chopsticks. Well, they have now come out with chocolates in the form of geometric shapes. What a fun way to get to play with your food!

What More Could You Wish For?

The more I browse the web, Pinterest and scroll through my Facebook feed, the more I realize how quickly times are changing. You now have companies that are taking everyday objects that haven’t drastically changed in decades and making them something entirely different. Have you heard of the 2-in-1 Pie pans? This concept has also been used to make a variety of different types of lasagna without needing more than one pan. Samples, anyone?

Are there any cool new products you have had your eyes on? What do you think could possibly be next? We would love to hear from you!
