If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you have 30 days starting the day after delivery to return the product(s). However we do make exceptions to this during Christmas to enable you to return unwanted Christmas gifts. You must ensure that due care of the products has been upheld during the cancellation period. We advise that you return the product in the original packaging by royal mail within 60 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that they are properly packaged. The goods will be refunded within 30 days. However you will usually receive the refund within 2 days of us receiving the returned item.
If you need to return an item please send it back to us at the address below. Include a note that states your name, order number and the reason for the return. We also need to be informed whether you would like a replacement or refund. When returning items we advise that you keep your receipt and use first class post (A signed for service should only be used for products with a value higher than £80). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please send your returns back with sufficient packaging to protect it during transport.
